
Parker had a busy weekend! He participated in the Summer Games hosted by the Special Olympics of Iowa on Saturday and brought home a bronze medal for the 25 M walk. He also graduated in the Benton Community Class of 2024 on Sunday. Congratulations on your accomplishments, Parker!


Last Wednesday, freshman Halle Sobaski qualified for the State Golf Tournament. She will be playing this Thursday and Friday at Pheasant Ridge Golf Course in Cedar Falls.

5th graders got the opportunity to enjoy Rodgers Park last week. They had beautiful weather for a day of learning outside. The partnership between Benton Community and the Benton County Conversation Team is one we treasure!

Benton Community physics students spend the day in Waterloo as they attend Science at the Park hosted by Clarksville School District and Lost Island Adventure Park. Students are able to ride rides and collect qualitative and physiological data, attend make and takes, and tour the waterpark's wave tank machines.
