Yesterday, during professional development, Benton staff took a deep dive into our District Career Academic Plan (DCAP) and its key components. They explored job shadow/internship opportunities, listened to student testimonials, learned about career speakers, discussed "the journey of a Bobcat", and discovered the Transition Alliance Program (TAP) which offers post-secondary training and employment support for graduates. We're excited to keep empowering our students' futures!
