Red Ribbon Week, which is celebrated annually October 23-31, is the nation’s oldest and largest drug prevention awareness program. Established in 1988, this eight day celebration was created to honor Special Agent Kiki Camarena’s work to keep America drug free. This year’s theme is “Be Kind to Your Mind. Live Drug Free.” Our elementary centers annually choose a daily theme to dress up during Red Ribbon Week. This encourages students to say “NO!” to drugs. Be on the lookout for more information on what this year’s dress up days are!
