Benton Community had four groups go to State Large Group - all groups received a 1 rating.
Reader's Theatre: Sammy Dengler, Ella Hayden, Kindyl Andrew, Jacob Bange, Reagan Gorkow, Kayla Johnson, Molly Light, Joey Shepherd, Hayden Bange, and Brady Gammill.
One-Act Play: Caitlin Atwood, Sadie Blomberg, Alex Ludeking, Rebecca Payne, Andrew Gates, Jackson Kleinmeyer, Joey Shepherd, Emma Bange, and Roni Dengler.

Activity Announcement
Shop Projects - Leftover and forgotten about shop projects are starting to pile up. In a week Mr. Reid will be doing some spring cleaning and if projects are left behind they may be disposed of. Please figure out a plan to get those projects home.
Attention Students. All food purchased in the lunchroom must be consumed in the student center. There is to be no unopened food in the hallways. If you have questions about this please see Mr. Arnold.
Assessment testing: We will be starting our State Mandated Assessments on Friday for all 7th-11th graders. After testing each morning, we will be running a 2 hr late start schedule on Friday, April 8, Monday, April 11, Tuesday, April 12, and Wednesday, April 13. Make sure to get plenty of rest and do your best.
Seniors: Friday through Wednesday you do not have to report until 10:05. If you do arrive prior to that you will need to go to the Auditorium to wait.

STUDENTS.....anytime you are riding our buses for a school activity you are required to use your bus tag. You must scan on and off when you are going to an activity. This is school policy and is for your safety if anything should happen while you are on the bus.
All 8th-11th grade girls going out for basketball next year, there will be a short meeting in Coach Zittergruen's classroom on Thursday, April 7 during Bobcat Time.
Come be a part of history! There will be an informational meeting for all 8th through 11th grade girls interested in joining Benton's first girls wrestling team next year. The meeting will be Wednesday April 13th during Bobcat Time in the IMC. If you cannot make it to the meeting or have questions, contact Coach Hoeck in the IMC.
