Next Monday night, January 10th, the girls and boys basketball teams will be hosting Waverly Shell Rock in our Coaches vs Cancer night. The girls game will tip off at 6:00 pm and the boys game to follow. This will be a great night to see lots of Benton students in action as our Pep Band, Cheerleaders and Dance Team will also be performing throughout the night. This year's Coaches vs Cancer event will be honoring Michelle Lampkin in her current fight against cancer! We hope to see a huge crowd of Bobcats in the stands on Monday night!

There is a mandatory meeting for all Senior Students on January 11th at 2:40 in the school auditorium. A Benton Scholarship Foundation representative will be here talking about the huge reward you can get by filling out one application.

Because of their generosity, Mrs. Sahu will be able to replenish some of the most needed and requested items. Mrs. Sahu does a great job overseeing our pantry and Benton is lucky to have such a dedicated person in charge of it.
