Benton Community will now live stream all activities in the high school gym and at Bobcat Stadium. The school and the Benton Community Booster Club joined forces to purchase the camera systems through HUDL. The camera system uses multiple lenses to capture HD video. These camera angles are put together to capture the entire playing surface. HUDL Focus follows every play and automatically delivers the best angle for whatever activity you are watching.
The HUDL smart camera captures every event and uploads it automatically. Cameras are set to come on and live stream 15 minutes before the contest begins. There is sound to the camera system as well that allows you to feel like you are actually at the events.
A camera system is also a tool for our coaches and players. It is a tool used to review game footage and improve team play. The programs at Benton Community will also use an added feature called HUDL Assist for game breakdown, stats, and reports. The film will be sent automatically to the opposing coaches so that they do not need to bring their own cameras to record.
At Benton Community, we will use only one link to live stream all home events. This is different from the past where each sport had its own individual link. We would still like to see everyone in person at our events, but if you can’t make it, use the link below. Be sure to save this link in your bookmarks. If you see a Booster Club Officer, please tell them thank you!!:)
